The product arrived on time in the condition I expected. Also, it functions like it is supposed to by regulating the power supply.
I use it to adjust the heat of my wood burning and soldering tools for encaustic painting. In fact, I recommend this product as an additional tool!

Got this for a gift for my mother, it seems ok, a little fragile, but she loved it. Seems to work just fine, again i'm not the one using it.
