The Tor ratcheting lopper allows for easy cutting of branches up to 2 inches diameter with the slightest amount of effort. It has lightweight handles and anvil, yet it maintains a heavy-duty design. The handles telescope from 26 to 38 inches and have TPR (thermo plastic rubber) inserts for extra cushioning and a non-slip grip. The blade is made from high carbon sword steel which is precision-ground for top cutting performance and a long-lasting cutting edge.

Works well. The ratcheting feature is a plus especially on larger sized limbs. We may not use it often but its a tool we don't want to be without.

Handle bent on 2nd use Feb 21, 2008
Neat concept but this is not a heavy duty lopper. In order to telescope the handle is hollow. Both handles bent on the 2nd use. Add a little cash and get something better.

I order this tool to cut away the young tree seedings in the wood, the extended handle come handy, i can just walk and cut, don't have to bend down a lot.
