Excellent Wrench! May 20, 2011
By G. Conner I work on small to medium sized hydraulic systems and the MaxSteel wrenches are my go-to. Period. I used to carry several fixed line wrenches and a couple of regular wrenches, along with a couple of crescent wrenches ON MY PERSON....EVERY DAY. Now, two of these little bad boys are used to do 95% of my work. I also have a couple of the larger ones, but the 6 incher is my baby. Anyone that wants to borrow them are about to be disappointed!

Better than expected Sep 09, 2011
By Rick Bryan I've reached for this little adjustable wrench more times than I ever thought I would. Most importantly is that it's slimmer (thinner) than other adjustable wrenches I have, which means the working end, which grips the nut or bolt head, is usually pretty close to the width of the nut or bolt itself. With this six inch tool you're obviously using it on nuts and bolts where the torque needed to loosen the nut or bolt is proportionate to the size of the tool, so it's a nice fit. I hope that makes sense. Also, the adjustable head has a very smooth action, and there is little or no "play" in the head of the tool once you've gripped the nut or bolt. On some adjustable wrenches, the lower (movable) jaw is not machined to tight tolerances, so even when tightened around the bolt head, there is some slipage of the lower jaw and you're not getting full contact between the surfaces of the tool head and the bolt. With this tool, there's full contact among the tool head and bolt head; no wiggling of the lower jaw. Very nice. The grip is easy (i.e., no hard edges) on your ungloved working hand, and the bright yellow makes it easy to spot in your bag or pile of tools. I'd like to find it in a larger size.

Super wrench Mar 17, 2012
By S. Carlson This is a fantastic wrench...comfortable grip on the handle, very easy to use adjustment point and solid construction all for a super low price. Plus, (and you can't easily see this from the photos) I love that it has a ruled area printed on each side to help you quickly adjust to the right size for your job. Yet another Stanley hit that's going in my toolbox.

Does the job! Sep 28, 2011
By Javier Fernandez I used this to fix and assemble my bike and it works very good. It is small and light enough to fit in a seat bag. Recommended.
