Solid Set - All the sizes you need! Jan 21, 2010

This Stanley wrench set is perfect for anyone who needs to have a full set of common wrenches around. All the common sizes in a wide range, both SAE and Metric. I definitely recommend this set of wrenches, but you can buy it at Walmart for $27 so unless the price here is below that, or you don't have a Walmart nearby, look there first. Even at $33 these wrenches are worth the money!

Examine the Tools! Apr 11, 2012
By George T. I had the wrenches for a while before I needed one particular size. I took it out and turned it over and discovered that it had obvious, multiple casting defects. I then removed all of the wrenches and discovered another with similar, obvious, multiple casting defects. I have had nothing but great experiences with Amazon in the past, and I'm sure that Amazon was not aware of the defects...but since the defects so pronounced and facing the back of the package, I'll bet that Amazon's supplier knew that the defects were there. It's too late for me to do anything...that's my bad. But examine this product as soon as you receive it, so that you don't miss your chance to give a defective product a return trip back to Mexico.

Nice Feb 04, 2012

Seem to be well made. Never owned Stanley tools, but for the price and the reviews I thought I would try them. Very attractive tools and well-built case - almost hate to get them greasy :P
Worth the 30 bucks! Nov 14, 2011
By daman4469 I have a lot of tools. I have Craftsman, SnapOn, Forgemaster, and others. I bought this set because I actually broke a couple of my standard Craftsmans. I used the 3/4 to loosen the same nut the Craftsman broke on. Seem heavy, they're hardened, and have taken my abuse. While some people may scoff at the name, I can't, because they have done all I needed them to. 5 stars from me.
A Sunday Mechanics Dream Oct 08, 2011
By BubbleCat This is a really decent set of spanners at a good price. Maybe a prop wants more but I just tinker on a weekend and this is ideal. Good quality tools, nice weight, with the mid point grip ring spanner to help minimize rounding. Has a good range for most car related stuff with both SAE and Metric so you can meddle 'foreign or domestic'.
The case is good because it leaves the heads visible so you can what's still in the box and pick up any you left under the hood pretty quickly but still leave them exposed to dry out if you got any spills.
I have paid a lot more for a lot less.
