Great for lightweight tasks, but wear out under heavy use Oct 27, 2007
By Wayne Cannon

These gloves are very comfortable and allow better use of fingers for fine tasks. They feel like a pair of fine driving gloves (as one user with the same complaint put it), but their advertising implies that they are for doing real work. The thin, soft, leather wears out very quickly when used where there is any significant friction or abrasion (e.g., handling firewood, shoveling dirt or gravel, handling a loaded wheelbarrow, picking up rocks, etc.). They are fine with smooth-handled tools, like polished metal or fiberglass, but wear out quickly when used with smooth, but weathered, wooden handled tools, for example. I will buy a replacement pair, but will be more selective about what I use them for.

Great gloves with a great fit for my large hands. Jun 19, 2011
By DaveM I love these gloves, these are the third pair I've owned; I wore out the fingers on the first spinning sharp edged drywall screws (lots of them, built a house), I keep a pair in my truck, and keep one pair in the shop. I have large hands and these fit well allowing great finger dexterity. Just a warning though that if the gloves are damp and your working with something hot you can easily have a thermal transfer of the heat to your hands since they are thin and fit so well. I did that this past week removing a hot wheel hub doing a roadside repair and though I felt the heat I didnt think it was that hot until I removed the gloves and noticed I blistered most of my fingers. These are not oven mitts.
Great gloves, buy some!

Great work gloves Nov 01, 2011
By John

I have been using these gloves for about a year now, and love almost everything about them. In my work as a retail manager, I found myself constantly cutting up my hands in my day to day work routine. These gloves save my hands a dozen times a day, and are worth every penny. They are not as durable as some other work gloves, and I find myself replacing them about every three months. That is the trade-off for the excellent dexterity they provide. I can pick up a dime off the floor or use a computer keyboard while wearing them. They do run small. I normally would wear a large glove, but with these I always order XL. Highly recommend.
Great for Mountain Biking May 24, 2012
By Mark Crockett I bought these because I needed some sturdy, flexible, breathable gloves for riding the trails on my mountain bike. These do the job perfectly, and they cost less than gloves made specifically for riding!
I would never buy any other glove for mountain biking. Since these are meant to take a beating while doing work, they are plenty durable for riding. They don't get too hot either, which is nice on hot days, but they keep my hands warm when I ride early in the morning.
Several spills on the mountain bike in dirt and rocks and they aren't worse for wear!
awesome Mar 22, 2012
By Waterlogger Recently purchased these gloves for yard work. Although the gloves are very durable and a great price, they got my hands really hot on not so hot days
