Great feel Nov 02, 2011

Got this for a skinning/gut hook knife after looking at about 8378347833 different knives on all sorts of web sites at all prices. Chose between 3 knives (dont remember other two but they were a few bucks cheaper) and Im *REALLY* glad I paid a couple dollars more and got this one. It seems to combine all the best elements as stated by reviewers of the other knives I was evaluating.
My overall budget was <$40 as Im not looking for a show piece. This knife has a great texture that will NOT slip no matter how wet, a good curve to the blade for separating skin from carcas and a nice lanyard tie just in case you lose your grip inside the belly. The full tang is knurled in all finger grooves as well as along the palm. I cant say enough about the grip!
Cut paper out of the box. Not info yet on how it holds an edge.
Nice sheath included, snap is VERY tight at first but it breaks in perfectly.
Great value at ANY price.
