The Henkel Duck all-purpose "Duck" tape is Henkel's original Duck-brand duct tape. This silver-colored tape is perfect for countless repairs around the home, school, or office, both indoors and outdoors. Its Dura Bond construction uses a thick, heavy-duty adhesive applied to a waterproof cloth backing for extra durability and to resist delamination in direct sunlight. The tape adhesive features a high initial tack, and it readily conforms to uneven surfaces for maximum adhesion. The cloth outer layer is also reinforced with cloth mesh for extra tensile strength, yet it tears easily without curling, making one-handed application possible. The tape comes in a 1.88-inch-by-45-yard roll.

3Well im sure it WOULD work fine....  Apr 22, 2010
Unfortunately, my tape was dried up and had lost it durability and adhesiveness. This tape is easy to tear (im guessing) and probably would be vetry sticky if it came new. Still a great deal for about seven bucks.

1Arrived with dry adhesive  Sep 04, 2009
This is a very large roll that arrived unsealed with adhesive that was all dried up and not sticky. I returned it. I recommend buying a small, sealed roll at a local shop, which is what I did.

4A miracle tool!  Jul 30, 2009
Duct tape is so doggone versatile! I am not very competent as a handy man, but duct tape (and I love this version, Duck Tape) can repair many a mistake that I've made.

This is pretty heavy duty stuff and holds up well. I was especially pleased a couple months ago when my son mentioned that something of his was broken, and he was looking for duct tape to fix it! To know that my son has picked up some handy man stuff from me was a revelation!

Anyhow, this is a good product. Each time I buy one of these, it lasts quite awhile. But I have been a satisfied customer. . . .

5lots of good tape at a fair price  Feb 20, 2009
I mainly use cloth-reinforced tape to repair book covers and cardboard folders that I use to carry papers to the classes I teach. I think this will be the last roll I need to buy for the rest of my life. It's big! But it was not expensive. Now, I can use the tape with abandon. It works very well for this purpose. The gray color is neutral and does not attract attention.

5Very sticky!  Sep 24, 2008
I am using this tape to build my own Large Hadron Collider in a hole I dug in my back yard. Thanks to this tape's adhesiveness, durability, and resistance to interference from Higgs bosons, I haven't run into nearly as many problems as those amateurs over at CERN.
