4Great value  Nov 29, 2008 By D. Tharp
Well worth the money. Not the high end clamps that you pay 2 or 3 times as much for, but you aren't paying 2 or 3 times as much. Heavy bars and plenty of clamping force. i just used them to hold a board down to a table saw top while I cross cut it by hand and the board didn't move a bit. A good investment for any weekend woodworker or DIY'er.

5very good value  May 30, 2008 By Blazer "Blazer"
Got these today. Initial impresion they work well. Catings are a little rough, but fixed head did not need smoothed as some other reviewers have. Mine are less than perfectly flat but nothing the "pads" wont cover. Pads are rubbery felling, provide good grip. Not to sure how glue resistant they will be. Bar, of the "toothed" design, looks like some type of stainless. Holds well, screw is well machined. Handles are painted black not rubberized, hard to tell in pics. They are also smaller than they looked in pics, though same size as my other clamps.
I will be buying the 30pc. set shortly. They wok well, especialy for $3 ea.

5Great clamps for the price  Jul 19, 2007 By Mike
I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of these clamps. The price is great, at 20 bucks they are practically 2 for the price of 1. Great regular duty clamps at a very good price. These come highly recommended.

5Excellent Set Of Bar Clamps  Jul 13, 2007 By Robert A. Hamm
This is my second set and each set includes " TWO BAR CLAMPS" They are rated for medium duty work, I personally believe they could easily exceed this rating. They are well designed, and can handle the Medium Duty Job very easily- you will not regret owning these clamps. After all, if i were not pleased and satisfied I never would have returned for a second set when there are so many others out there to choose from.
I personally recoommend these to anyone requiring Medium Duty Bar Clamps, they will handle the job. Not to mention, you are getting two clamps per set - in other words, $24.00 for two clamps. Oh, my second set only cost me $18.00 ( must have been a special or something).
They are "NOT" cheap quality either, just so you know, in case you have doubts.
A++ build, and A++ ability to handle the workload designed for ..medium duty.

2Not as good as the 3" Throat Clamps (Very Cheap Looking !!!)  Sep 18, 2007 By J. Fackrell
I had purchased the 48" x 3" clamps just before I bought these for only $8 more than these. I thought I would be getting clamps that were close to the same quality, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The Denali 48" clamps are great, but these are very cheap and small. They look like some old clamps I purchased from Harbor freight before I knew any better. They are very small and the bar is thin. They don't look like they will hold up when a reasonable amount of clamping pressure is applied. I would recommend everyone purchase the 48" clamps and cut them if you want them shorter. That wouldn't cost much more and you will get a significantly better clamp.
