Bondhus Balldriver Jan 01, 2009
By Mark These Bondhus balldriver wrenches have been familiar to me for maybe 30 years now. Through normal attrition, I recently found myself missing common sizes in my tool set. I went to the orange big box to acquire replacements, but only found store-brand wrenches. Being desperate, I bought them. Bad move! The quality isn't there. The drivers didn't properly fit the screw sockets, in some cases having to be driven in with a hammer.
So I bought this combination metric/imperial set from Amazon. Some things don't change. Bondhus still makes excellent tools. They have an excellent rust-resistant finish. They fit the screw sockets perfectly. The ball ends allow socket entry from an angle. The steel is extremely resistant to abuse (go ahead - use that cheater bar).
And finally, at $18, this is a steal. The big box wrenches are a couple bucks less, but are nowhere near this quality. I think you will be pleased.

Works well forever Jan 10, 2010

"Obsessive so you don't have to be"
I just ordered these for myself because we use them at work and they are fantastic. They are very durable and keep sharp edges so you are less likely to strip your screws. The rubbery plastic yellow or red cases are great too - durable, easy to use, and hold all the keys. Made in the USA. This is just a great product.

Excellent value - just what I needed! Aug 01, 2011
By Gayan S. De Silva Being an amateur cyclist, I love building road bikes and a solid set of allen wrenches is an absolute must. Even more important are a set that allow you to access those tightly spaced bolts at odd angles...this is where having the balldriver on the long end really comes into play. Bondhus has always been a solid manufacturer in quality tools, and that extends to these as well. My local LBS uses these, and I will continue to use them as well.

Great item May 11, 2011
By The Ton well built (in the US?) - does the job well!
The side with the little ball helps in tight spots.
Had another set of hex wrenches before and this blows them out of the water.
