4Quantity Over Quality  Jan 21, 2009 By Bobby Digital "Angelfyre"
While this product is endorsed by AAA, I would question how closely AAA reviewed the items included within the Warrior Kit. I bought this for my gilrfriend's car. I didn't want her to get caught unprepared on the side of the road while I am deployed and not around.

One day as we pulled up to our favorite pizza place, her front right tire went flat before our very own eyes. I didn't think much of it cause I knew she had a portable air compressor in the emergency road kit and we'd be able to get home. But while using it for the very first time the monitoring gage broke as I hooked it up to the tire. I was somewhat displeased, while the compressor still works and accomplished its purpose it's sad to see it broke its first time out. I have inspected the rest of the items in the kit. And while the bag is perfect size for the trunk, I do question the durability of some of the items in the kit, seems like they're single-use/disposable items. I had my own set of most of the items already I just liked the fact the bag neatly and conviniently packaged it all together. I think most of my own emergency tools will eventually replace the original ones provided in the nice little AAA bag.

Not to say the bag is full of crap. AAA does provide heavy-duty eight(8) gauge jumper cables while other kits only provide ten(10)gauge and the simple hand tools it provides are adequate for roadside emergencies. Yes, I have swapped out some of the items like LED batterry powered flashlights over the hand charged one (it's been my experience the megohmeter in them degrades over time), and leather work gloves over the fabric ones, but I still like this kit and I think my girlfriend will be better equiped to deal with most roadside emergencies with a neat little bag that will stay out of the way for the most part. As with all emergency equipment you have to stay on top of it's readiness or you might just get caught without it when you really need it.

3Overpriced somewhat!!  May 30, 2008 By Steve "Steve"
Nice kit but the the air compressor is a piece of junk not worth 10 dollars the rest of kit is ok but you could buy most of ths stuff in the dollar store and do it self, the main plus is someone has done it for you!!

5What You Need For Safety  Feb 25, 2008 By Martin A Hogan "Marty From SF"
You cannot always depend on AAA to help you if you're way out in the boonies, so they have put together this complete kit, which includes everything you need in the event of an emergency with your vehicle and including first-aid. The air compressor connects to your cigarette lighter or energy source. The air pressure gauge runs on a lifetime warranteed lithium battery. Its a bargain compared to most kits and is compact enough to fit almost anywhere. Its a life-saving investment.

2Just OK...  Aug 03, 2009 By Range1995
The products are nice and functional but not great quality. Compressor case broke easily although it still works relatively fine. I'd consider spending more money to get a higher quality set.

1Compressor Broke in 90 Seconds!  Dec 14, 2009 By Robert "HarriedTraveller"
By pure coincidence, I had a flat tire within 2 days of this arriving from Amazon. I pulled out my brand new emergency kit to pump up the tire and get to a service station. Within about 90 seconds, the compressor had literally fallen apart! The gauge glass popped off and then it started hemorrhaging air out the side. Needless to say, the tire got changed the old fashioned way and this emergency kit is being returned. I hope my experience is not typical! If you chose to buy one of these, I would strongly recommend you give the compressor and other parts a test run when it arrives just to be sure and so you won't find yourself stranded some time in the future.
